  1. Personnel Source Testing Experience

    EES’ personnel are experienced in source testing of all major criteria and toxic air emissions. EES’ source test personnel have performed source tests pursuant to the requirements of state and local air pollution control agencies. In Southern California, EES personnel have conducted source tests for both RECLAIM and non-RECLAIM facilities. EES personnel are certified to conduct source testing per California’s South Coast Air Quality Management District's (SCAQMD) air regulations and testing requirements, which are the strictest and most complex in the Nation. EES personnel are also certified by California Air Resources Board (ARB) in their Independent Contractor Program.
